Wow,
It amazes me when I network with others in the industry, often I hear the line that they do not need more training because they (in effect know it all). This seems prelavent especially in my former company.
In contrast, my company, Keller Williams really keeps me hopping. Ever since I have been here, I have been attending first class trainings which continually challenge me to get better.
Never did I think I would be training at least 4 hours a week and the more I learn the more I feel I need to learn. It is incredible. I know that when the market swings back, that myself and my colleagues will be ready to capture a larger slice of the pie. In the meantime I am having a blast.
For example, this week we had a 2 hour company wide meeting discussing how to gain market share in a shifting market, titled "Shifts happen!!" Then Wednesday, we had a top national speaker give a days seminar on Marketing. We learnt a bunch of tips for promotion of our own business brand.
Is there any reason why KW is growing at a greater rate than any other company on record?
Have a great weekend, I plan to spend lots of time with my 4 year old.
