Market Update

This is a truly remarkable market. We have seen a total reversal of the last 13 years where the seller was king. Now the Buyer is king.
I have worked with several buyers who have had great success in finding a great home, then I have negotiated hard and come up with quite a deal for them. Indeed, this is happening all over. My colleague said she won a $30,000 price reduction. This kind of offer would have been laughed out of town just one year ago.
It takes a different set of skills in this kind of market. Real Estate Agents are scurrying to Real Estate Classes to find out how to sell in this market. I am very fortunate, I have 2 incredible resources. One is my company, Keller Williams Realty which offers incredible and endless training. So much so in fact that I find it hard to decide which training to do. We have Phone conferences twice weekly, DVDs, Internet streamed lessons, live national training classes and of course, at least 6 local training opportunities per week.

The other resource I use is the CRS training. This is a class organization to which I owe my earlier success (Prior to KW). I am proud to represent this organization on the State Level.
After 7 years involvement, I am in line for President 2007.

With this I am able to stay ahead. I can help buyers to get their best price, but also Counsel sellers to understand the market so they can price accordingly, and treat an offer with the respect it deserves. It is really fun viewing homes and negotiating on the best one. Choice is really a good thing.
