I have only displayed one set of data so the purpose is not to make a comparison in timeframe. ie year on year Rather to see if there are any trends in the market place. I would be happy to hear any observations you might see too.

I see a huge jump in the average price of homes currently on the market in Verona. 3 bedroom homes average $281,000 and 4 bedroom average $659,000. I would put this down to the slant of some very expensive homes on the market in the area.
There is quite a uniformity of listed homes that sell, at around 47-53% The exception is with 2 bedroom there the sample is too small to be accurate.
This might surprise but of the homes that sell the closing price is around 98% of full listing price.
The average of list price of homes in Verona on the market is about $200,000 Higher than those sold.
Average time on Market for sold properties was 88-102%. and for homes still on the market average of 148 days.

So what does this mean if you are going to sell a home in Verona Wi?

Over priced homes are not selling. They sit on the market.

A well priced home gets sold for relatively good money and time frame.
