Keller Williams Listing Service KWLS - places your home on 75,000 web sites. Check here
Being at the forefront of technology, KW has developed a listing system where agents can place what the consumer wants, more photos, room sizes etc on a service where the agent has the power to decide where that listing goes. Keller has harnessed it's power to negotiate marketing agreements with major search engines to get our listings maximum exposure. First deals were with Google Earth and http://www.trulia.com/. Notice how the listings are linked back to the agent not the company. In the first week, Trulia sent 15,000 leads to KW agents.
