Continuing Education

In a company that is so much into Education as a pathway to self betterment, I am really sad that I can not go to the Annual convention which we fondly call Family Reunion. It truly is the most incredible, intensive 4 days of education I could ever imagine. In fact usually by day three I am maxed out.

Well I am missing it because of my other duties as President of the Wisconsin Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists, (CRS). This week our state association, WRA, holds it's annual Designation week. A place where all the new agents who really care about their careers come to learn.

This is the CRS's big opportunity to meet and introduce agents to the organization.

In prepping for my presentation to the classes and my speech to our general meeting. I felt it important to recognize those who passed their designations and keep coming back for more, because classes change and we as students can not capture all the information.

So I am making a point of recognizing those Learning based professionals.

I guess I am about to get off my soap box for today. Time flies and I must get off to bed.
