Wow, what a week. I was away for 4 days, for a leadership retreat in Scottsdale, AZ. On the plane, met the "Noodle man" the founder of Noodles and Co, the healthy fast, fresh food. They have 170 restaurants and have pans to get up to 2,000. Would you believe this man and his partner never worked in a restaurant.
It was very interesting exchanging stories of an exciting growing restaurant chain with that of Keller Williams, itself exploding across the nation, thought I have very little to do with that!
The retreat was very beneficial, I learnt a lot of "games" to practice on my meetings. Got a preview demo of the Sony Viox VR. A laptop which looks more like a large phone, has 2 cameras, one for video conferencing, one for taking pictures. and many other great features in a tiny shell. I want one!
The folks I met, participants from all 50 states, were top knotch and all experiencing similar issues/ challenges.
The organization, the Council of Residential specialists CRS is the premier organization for residential agents. We have local chapters and I am proud to be the president for Wisconsin.
The hotel - the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess was exceptional so was the weather. My sunburn took all week to die down. No I didn't think of taking sunscreen to a conference, not what you think about in Wisconsin!!
Now back to Wet Wisconsin and the daily grind.
