Real Estate Guy read on these stats : The only significant change is in the average price. In these consecutive periods, the listed price dropped by 3.5%, the home sale price dropped just 2%.
The length of time to sell has increased by 9%. This is to be expected as the spring market gives way to summer/fall market.
One extra notable is the % of hoes that failed to sell I their listing period dramatically increased. In the spring period there was a 31% chance of a home not selling. In the later period, that percentage nearly doubled to 55%. Over half the homes listed failed to sell.
